Welcome to the Roundhay Bakehouse, North Leeds' first kitchen door bakery; part of a wider movement of micro-artisan bakeries springing up across the UK. We specialise in fresh-baked sourdough breads, pâtisserie, and other goodies. All are made with as many local ingredients as possible, including garden fruits and wild yeast. We barter bread and cakes for garden fruit, herbs, eggs or other useful ingredients.

You can pick up fresh bread & Continental pastries from the kitchen door every Saturday morning, 9am-1pm. Please come to the patio doors at the rear. It's much warmer.

A lot of new & returning goodies this Saturday 23rd September, including: Malton Beer Barm Sourdough, Devil' Black Tongues, Roast Nectarine Danishes, Olive & Rosemary Focaccia, & Chai-Spiced Danenuts. Finally, yet another recipe suggested by a customer will be baked: Murat's delicious Açma rolls, both plain and with olives.

Follow us on Facebook or Twitter to get updates.

ADDRESS: 12 Moor Allerton Crescent, Leeds LS17 6SH.  We are between Street Lane & Lidgett Lane. Look for the bakehouse sign on our gate.
